Save time with reusable templates

4 min read

If you send the same kind of document again and again — an NDA, an offer letter, a standard quote — a template saves you from rebuilding it each time.

Set up the document and its fields once; every future send starts pre-filled.

  1. 1

    Open Templates

Go to Templates in the sidebar. You'll see any templates you've created plus a starter library you can fork and adapt.

The Templates library — your own plus ready-made starters.

Create a template with pre-placed fields

Create a new template, upload the document and place the signature, date and text fields just as you would for a one-off request. Save it.

You can edit or fork a template at any time as your document evolves.

Tip. Templates remember the field layout, not the signers — you add fresh recipients each time you use it.

  3. 3

Send a new request from the template

When you need to send it, choose "Use" on the template, add this send's signers, and go. No re-uploading, no re-placing fields.
