Switch between your companies
If you run more than one company, MauriSign can group them under a single organisation: one login, one pooled bill, but each company keeps its own letterhead, documents and tamper-evident audit trail.
This guide shows how to tell which company you're in, switch between them, and where to see the whole organisation at a glance.

Find the company switcher
When your login belongs to more than one company, a company switcher appears at the top of the left sidebar. It shows the company you're currently working in and, underneath, the organisation it belongs to.
If you only belong to one company you won't see the switcher — there's nothing to switch to. You're added to more companies by an owner or admin of that company inviting you (Settings → Team).
Tip. Always glance at the switcher before you create or send a document — whatever company is shown there is the identity that will appear on the signed document and its audit trail.

Switch to another company
Click the switcher to open the list of every company you belong to. Each entry shows the company name, a “Home” badge on your default company, and your role in that particular company (for example Owner, Admin or Member).
Pick a company and MauriSign switches you into it. Your choice is saved to your session on the server, so the whole app — dashboard, documents, templates, letterhead and your role — immediately reflects that company. It stays selected until you switch again.

See the whole organisation
Open Settings → Organization for a read-only overview of your group: every company under it, the pooled seat count, and the single shared plan that bills for all of them.
Usage such as documents sent stays isolated per company, but seats and billing are pooled across the organisation — you pay once for the group, not once per company.
