Type-to-sign a contract (no PDF)
Not every agreement needs a formatted PDF. For an NDA, a short services agreement or a letter, you can write the contract text directly in MauriSign.
The signer adopts a typed name instead of drawing ink, and MauriSign seals the same cryptographically-verifiable record.

Write or paste your agreement
Open Agreements and create a new contract, or start from the paste flow. Use the rich-text editor to write your terms, or paste text you already have.
You can insert merge tokens (like the signer's name) that get filled in automatically.

Add the signer and send
Enter the signer's name and email and send. Just like the PDF flow, they receive a secure link gated by a one-time emailed code.
You'll see the agreement move to "Awaiting signature" in your list.

The signer adopts a typed name
The recipient reviews the text and types their full name to adopt it as their signature. On completion MauriSign seals the document and both parties get a copy.
Tip. Typed-name signing is fully valid under the Electronic Transactions Act 2000 — the legal weight comes from the sealed audit trail, not from ink.
